T.C.C. is a small business that is run by myself, Daisy Welton. Refunds are rare. However, I do offer store credit. I go to great lengths to make sure your items are packaged carefully and secure. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me explaining the situation. Only under special circumstances, money will be refunded.
Exchanges & Returns:
Refunds or exchanges can only
be made within 10 days of purchase. Send your package pre-paid to T.C.C. If an exchange is requested, please state the item number of your desired exchange. Please, include your phone number and/or email address where I can reach you.
Please return merchandise via UPS or United States Postal Service to ensure safe and traceable delivery. Use the following shipping address for all returns. Thank you.

Shipping Charges: (These charges are estimated. Actual charges will never be more than these, but could, quite possibly be less. Item weights include packing material. T.C.C. does offer discounted shipping on 2 or more items. The discounted shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout. If shipping charge is lower then quoted, you will receive an email stating the actual total charge. Includes insurance and delivery confirmation).

New Order: Shipping charges within the continental U.S. are as stated above. Please call for shipping to other destinations.
Exchanges: If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to T.C.C. I do not reimburse for shipping charges. The replacement item will also be charged shipping as well.
Store Credit: A credit will be issued as soon as I receive your return.
